Getting started with the Admin Console and creating your first chatbot

This section will walk you through the process of logging into the Admin Console, provisioning your first chatbot, adding some initial FAQS, and finally testing your bot.

Goal

At the end of this guide, you should have a basic chatbot that is capable of answering a few sample questions. Once completed, you should have a good grasp on how to build out a DIDI chatbot for your own use case.

Prerequisites

In order to use DIDI, you must first register and subscribe to one of DIDI’s plans. If someone else in your organization subscribed to DIDI, you will need them to provide access.
