What is DIDI?

DIDI is Dito’s Intelligent Dialog Interface. As a Google Cloud Premier Partner, we have extensive experience developing sucessful chatbots for our customers. From this experience, we have built out a framework for building out chatbots and their FAQ knowledgebase.

DIDI is the manifestation of this framework as a managed, scalable, and self-service platform for anyone to use.
